Primary 340B Product Duties:Discover /Prioritize: Spend time learning about current customer problems and available products and technologies that are relevant to these problems. Work with the planning team to understand competitive products or new products in the marketplace. The output of this phase is backlog / roadmap and prototypes upon which the PM will author specifications.Specify: Convert the learning into a customer experience by creating exhaustive, prescriptive and succinct specification documents which will serve as the defining documents for what functionalities the product will deliver and how the product will behave.Deliver: Track the development progress, assess and reinforce quality, validate the usability of the product, refine the specifications based on early customer input and finally deliver the finished product on time as per the specifications laid out.

In 2017 Change Healthcare merged with McKesson Technology Solutions and as part of the merger eRx Network was formed as a stand alone entity. Position Overview Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the product development, policies and objectives. Works with the Programming, QA, and Support staff to ensure that the product enhancements, design, and features are aligned with the goals of the organization and that timelines and customer expectations are met. As it pertains to Scrum, this position is critical; they work with all product stakeholders to clearly identify priority items in the product backlog. Essential Job Functions 1. Provide product-oriented leadership to the Development, IT, Support and Sales teams, as well as any other groups requiring product-oriented guidance. 2. Prioritize software enhancement requirements for the development team. 3. Prioritize high profile software bug fix requirements for the development team. 4. Maintain relationships with customers that are actively engaged in the software change request process. 5. Lead the gathering of requirements from customers. 6. Serve as customer advocate within the walls of Change Healthcare. 7. Upon request, provide product status updates at a moment’s notice, including assessments of the following: a. Product marketability b. Product usability c. Product stability d. Customer pain points e. Overall customer satisfaction, per customer. f. Software rollout status g. Software update status 8. Coordinate with other product owners to help ensure interoperability and consistency between applications. Non-essential Job Functions 1.
