In my role as a System Analyst, I regularly perform data searches, updates, and deletions within databases by executing advanced SQL queries in response to business needs and user requests. This position demands close collaboration with developers, business analysts, project managers, and external partners to streamline operations and promptly resolve system-related issues.

I create and maintain comprehensive documentation on Confluence and serve as a member of the problem-solving team for the internal helpdesk, contributing to effective troubleshooting and support.

I am responsible for the administration of internal database that handle access to specific insurance products for key account managers, call center employees, etc. My core duties include creating new accounts, managing existing ones, deleting inactive accounts, and assigning appropriate permissions to designated users.
