As a Digital Channels Specialist at Tatra banka, I apply my skills in communication, learning, and adaptation to support the bank's digital transformation and customer experience. I work with various stakeholders to analyze, design, and implement digital solutions that enhance the bank's online presence and functionality. I also contribute to the development and testing of new features and products that meet the needs and expectations of the bank's customers and partners.I have a strong academic background in foreign languages and literatures, with a PhD from Constantine the Philosopher University in Nitra . I have a special interest in Europastudien, which allows me to understand and appreciate the diversity and complexity of European cultures and societies. I am fluent in English, German and proficient in Russian and Polish. I have also acquired multiple certifications in front-end programming, JavaScript, and Git, which demonstrate my curiosity and resourcefulness in expanding my knowledge and skills in various fields.
