In the time he spent in Prozeta he worked on various projects, mostly in Front-end development like developing dashboards and internal applications for our team to use. He very much exceeded my expectation for a junior programmer and adapted quickly to our flow of work and within a small timespan was ready to work on anything we had ready for him. He was in great use even for designing new UI with attention to UX. Later in Blindspot Technologies he started to work on Back-end tasks as well and was able to single handedly develop a portal for our partners. From coming up with the features to deploying and managing the portal itself. He created API’s that consume form information from our customers, for example user feedback, and microservice that worked with Gemini models. Tom was always very excited to take on new challenges and learn a new skill, which proved useful in our startup-like environment.
