Areas of coverage include regulatory change management commensurate with enterprise-wide risk profile, immigration and international personnel mobility, compliance gap assessments, incentive compensation risk management, policy and procedure consolidation, management of risk governance to identify and address material legal risks, and report effectiveness of controls; advise C-Suite leadership and operations management in areas related to labor and employment legal compliance, diversity, equity and inclusion-related risks; manage investigations of alleged discrimination, workplace violence, sexual harassment, theft of confidential information, and ethics violations; analyze pay equity and compensation with independent third-party experts to address pay equity risks.
