Monitoring of companies test and production networks using software tools such as PRTG Monitor to inform clients and Arrowdawn engineering staff of any issues. Resetting passwords, pin numbers as well as adding and removing phone profiles and users for clients using Cisco Unified Communications Manager. I was responsible for deploying new Images for my colleges existing computers through PXE booting, adding the newly installed machines to Active directory list using administrator rights and applying Group Policy Updates to computers using command line with GPU update/force command. I also performed general troubleshooting and testing of software and hardware, replacing Hard drives, RAM and Ethernet cables. RM work placement has strengthened my teamwork and organisational skills.
