- Managing of assigned CAPEX projects (site manager, schedule, quality, costs, risks) from a project idea up until the commissioning phase,- Project design (collaboration with plant team and external designer to find the final project design)- Team member in tender process,- Communication with local and foreign suppliers,- Project handover to future owner, - Preparation of Asset reduction and capitalization protocols

- Manage all alternative fuel feeding line in cement plant- Ensure the availability of Alternative fuel lines (7 subordinates – small maintenance, operation of lines)- Coordinating and evidence the supplies (3 subordinates – planning, ordering, evidence)- Quality control of delivered fuel (visual quick check, laboratory result control)- Project manager of new Alternative fuel feeding line and storage for main burner – Grey kiln- Managing of maintenance in selected equipment’s during winter overhaul

- Preparation of investment projects list in Ready-mix segment (CAPEX projects analyses/valuations; CAPEX requests; budget estimation; schedule) for EXCO approval- Project design (collaboration with Ready mix plant managers and external designer to find the final project design)- Managing of assigned CAPEX projects (schedule, quality, costs, risks) from a project idea up until the commissioning phase,- Team member in tendering process,- Communication with local and foreign suppliers,- Preparation of Asset reduction and capitalization protocols, - Responsible for Ready mix Plant maintenance,- Member of project team (PPP High-way project R1, VSH integration)

- Board member support,- Preparation of analyses: cost, revenue, Actual/budget comparison,- Organization of meetings,- Preparation of presentations,- Preparation of business plan for segment Ready mix and aggregate; operational budget and forecast preparations
