At Gensler I have been able to use all my talents in the design and construction of several exciting projects in L.A.'s Retail Studio. As a team leader, I managed the implementation JCPenney home department remodel within the Southwest region and the LYFE Kitchen roll-out nationally. As a studio technical leader, I was the BIM captain and technical designer for LA's flagship retail on Fifth Avenue in New York, Sydney, and Shanghai for confidential retail clients, in addition to managing and developing Revit prototypes for roll-out projects. My experience as a job captain has included developing and coordinating contract documents as well as performing construction administration. I have also provided support as a technical designer for projects including the 7th/Fig shopping center renovation, in Downtown Los Angeles, in addition to working with clients including Sports Chalet, Riot Games, Max Brenner, Zara, Microsoft, Starbucks and Topshop.

The joy I receive in tenant improvement work, comes from learning about the complexities and creative engineering that is part of inserting new architecture into existing buildings, which is a great interest of mine, and as time goes by plays a greater role in the evolution and layering of our cities.

In my free time, I enjoy sketching, running, cycling, hiking, and cooking prize winning food.*

Involved in all phases of building design and production. Created conceptual designs of various residential and industrial building types. Represented them in both digital and hand mediums. Prepared construction documents, bases and building details. Worked in the coordination of information between office and outside parties including consultants, clients and planning agencies.

Teaching Assistant for beginning structural and seismic design class at the USC School of Architecture. Tasks included assisting professor in lecture, holding recitation classes and serving as critic at student design reviews. Responsible for assigning semester grades to students.

Involved with modernization and new construction of regional educational institutions. Produced design and construction drawings, and presentation models.
