Current- Lead the development and execution of sales strategies, aligning with corporate goals to expand market presence and secure high-value contracts across Europe.
- Manage and support a dynamic international team of sales professionals, providing strategic direction, mentorship, and guidance to achieve sales targets and foster professional growth.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, including power plant operators, engineering firms and EPC contractors, ensuring customer satisfaction and ongoing business partnerships.
- Oversee the preparation and delivery of technical and commercial proposals for Steam Turbine Generator (STG) and Machine Hall packages, including budget and firm offers tailored to customer needs and project.
- Lead high-level negotiations with clients, ensuring the successful closure of contracts and agreements, with a focus on optimizing terms and maintaining profitability.
- Drive market analysis and business intelligence efforts, identifying new opportunities and assessing competitor activities.
