The Generation Ready Austin office handles the product development and maintenance for three distinct products. As Customer Support Specialist, I provide client assistance for our talent management system called Avatar. It is an online registration system used by school districts and higher ed institutions throughout the country.That may include communicating with our Project Manager and Director of Operations, working closely with the QA department to make sure that client site upgrades, bugs and improvements are taken care of. I also oversee the running of reports for clients, troubleshooting issues that include Webbased classes, SCORM packages not working properly and a myriad of other issues. The position allows me to get client feedback and take their needs to make the product a powerful tool that they will be excited about.I also provide support and handle the implementation process of our latest product Readylab. Readylab is a mobile-first professional learning tool used to evaluate educators in the K-12 arena.
