I have been part of a journey from being a small e-commerce shop with a revenue 4 600 000,- NOK to running several e-commerce brand stores and outdoor retailer Fjellshop wioth a total revenue 25 000 000,- NOK. Exist have three times been awarded Gaselle company (Fast-growing and profitable).

In Norway we have been focusing on setting up an audience measurement projects, running branding effect studies for online ad campaigns, stream measurement, and adserving.As a managing director I established the norwegian office, developet and adjusted our research products for the norwegian market and established a client portifolio

Zett.no was the second largest classified media portal in Norway, and is owned by A-pressen. Zett.no has classified ads for cars, jobs, real-estate and general classified ads.I worked as a sales manager for Zett.no with the commercial responsibility of all branches Zett.no operated in.

I was responsible for turning a very weak result in the previous years 2004 and 2005, to a strong performance in 2006. I reorganized and merged sales departments to have the department work more effeicient, our goal was to increase marketshare. This led to Fovea increased market share in geographical and business areas we earlier had not worked much. I was responsible for creating a joint marketing for the entire group and launched the brand Fovea AS.In the start of 2007 we increased our profits dramatically by doing product development. This made the turnaround complete.In addition to being head of sales and marketing in Foveo I also worked as the Managing Director of Photoline AS a subsidiary of Fovea AS.

Startet as salesman in Oslo, before I took the role as sales manager for a new established department of feil sales. In January 2003 I established a new office in Trondheim and a team with 4 people. I was responsible for all business north of Norway. We had great success in the Trondheim office. So I was asked to move on to Stavanger and established an office there. I worked in Stavanger until 2005 and when I left there where to sales teams and 16 people working there.
