Managing & Leasing & Full Development of the Project:OSTRAVA AIRPORT MULTIMODAL PARKMultimodal logistics centre situated in close proximity to Leoš Janáček International Airport Ostrava in the Industrial zone Mošnov, with direct connection to highway and railway networks extending to a total area of 520,000 sq m. After completion, 240,000 sq m of storage and production space will be available for tenants within several buildings equipped with rail siding. Railway container terminal is strategically placed on the planned „New Silk Road,“ which will be part of the site and unique by its’ size in central European scale and maximum handling capacity 1,600 TEU / day.

Responsible for whole project consist of more than 60 MW accross Czech Republic

Responsible for realization of the buildings in accordance with the agreed timing, budget, quality standards, keeping up-to-date master program, creating the budget, tendering and negotiating with the potential sub-contractors and clients

Responsible for coordination of all fit-out works needed to bring the interim buildings and the new buildings to the expected standard and within the agreed timeframeIn cooperation with external designers, internal RE&GS colleagues and Procurement department work out tender specifications for all works and review compare all offers, meet with potential contractors to clarify the characteristics and availability of their proposed materials, evaluate the impact of delivery times on Ready-for-Occupation datesCommunicate on a regular basis with the building developer and the general building contractor to make sure premises are being delivered as per the agreed Building SpecificationsResponsible for coordination all activities with the relevant parties (end-users, developer, contractors, architects, procurement, RE&GS team members, IT team) and oversee the approval and decision making process so the responsible parties make decisions in a timely manner
