Innovation has responsibility for driving development on digital products, like sydsvenskan.se and hd.se, and launching new products and services. The first project launched in November 2014, a new media for business leaders and decision makers in southern Sweden, 8till5.se.

Good Old is a digital agency with focus on business development, digital communication and design. During my years as CEO we grew from 11 to 18 employees and became one of Sweden's best digital agencies (see nominations for details).In my role I worked closely with some of our clients, providing insights and strategy for business development and communication.The company was later sold to KAN agency.

Responsible for Good Old's head office in Malmö with 9 employees.

During my first year at Good Old I worked as project manager on some of the agency's larger projects.

As part of Helsingborgs Dagblads management team I was responsible for the business development process, with focus on HD's digital channels. During one year we increased HD's digital revenue with 85%, compared to the industry average of 25%.I had this role until the merger with Sydsvenska Dagbladet in August 2014.

Manolo.se is one of Sweden's largest fashion blog for men, which Björn Jeffery and I founded in 2004. It was the first blog to be acquired in Europe (early 2005) when we sold 50% of the shares to Bonnier owned newspaper Sydsvenskan. A few years later, both parties sold their shares to the Danish publishing company Egmont Tidskrifter and exited completely.The blog has won many awards during the years, "Best Male Fashion Blog" in Veckorevyn.com´s 2008 Blog Awards, to name just one.
