Senior Director Of Production Operations
Following the initial A-Serie round of funding, I joined the Production team in collaboration with the founders, taking on the role of leading and expanding our in-house production company and its portfolio. Our goal was to establish ourselves as the premier multinational creative EdTech company.During this journey, I successfully built and managed a team of over 400 professionals across twelve different countries, overseeing key performance indicators (KPIs) and budgets for more than 1,000 productions annually. My responsibilities within the management team were multifaceted, encompassing executive production, logistical implementation, and the scalability of the production chain. This involved developing departments and workflows while coordinating various teams to ensure a smooth operation. I also spearheaded the establishment of recording studios from the ground up.In addition to my production-related duties, I fostered cross-functional collaboration with digital teams, including Planning, Marketing, Localization, and more. This involvement allowed for a seamless integration of production strategies from the very beginning of the production chain, particularly in close partnership with the Programming team.
