In the Czech Republic is Lindab since 1993.Logistics CoordinatorIn the company Lindab Czech Republic, division of Air, my position is internally called Runner (Logistics Coordinator). Main job is to manage production on production lines with employees, in accordance withtechnological procedures, timetable and current warehouse and manufacturing capabilities, provide material and means of production, operatively cooperate with the management and colleagues in a substantial part of the total production. All under the Kaizen and 5S, according to rules, including security work and personnel issues. My position was created as an experimental, with the requirement to lower the measure of performance and accountability, which worked, and it was possible to create a team whose job largely consists of my instructions and recommendations.
