As a service manager I manage different IT services at Ramirent like Sharepoint Online and the collaborative tools and services Microsoft is offering built around Sharepoint Online, CRM, NPS….Some of my responsibilities are:•Managing and optimising Microsoft Licensing throughout the organisation•Responsible for making sure that business relations within the organisation are managed and to delivery an excellent service•Lead and direct teams to make sure that service level agreements (SLAs) are in place with both external and internal teams•Liaise with all other IT service managers and functions to make sure that services around the organisation are maintained•Manage the day to day delivery of services•Deliver new functionality requested by the business while protecting the integrity of existing services and make sure that service asset and configuration items are properly controlled, and that accurate and reliable information about these assets is available when needed

Digidelnätverket is a non-hierarchical, independent and democratic networking group, working to increase digital inclusion in Sweden. The network was formed after the national campaign for increased digital participation – Digidel2013 – ended in December 2013. The aim is to increase digital inclusion and accessibility of digital services in Sweden, through collaboration and shared knowledge work.At the moment we are focusing on two campaign week's eMedborgarveckan and Get Online Week.eMedborgarveckan (eCitizens’ week) is a national campaign week focusing on e-services in general and the digital divide between citizens who know how to use the Internet and its services and those who yet not is familiar with the Net. eCitizens’ week involves activities and efforts of participating actors, both on a local, regional and national level.The aim is to increase digital inclusion and the knowledge and use of all publice-services.European Get Online Week (or simply GOW) is a digital empowerment campaign run at libraries, community centres, schools and non-for-profits across Europe every March. Next year on 14-20th of March GOW will encourage Europeans to use the Internet and technology in a safe and confident way to improve their digital skills, job opportunities, and their overall quality of life.

As a system/process expert my role at Bayer Healthcare was to provide technical, administrative and project coordination to departments and staff and also to make sure that the generated reports are accurate for Bayers transparency project and process following EFPIA's Code on Disclosure.EFPIA’s’ Code on Disclosure of Transfers of Value from Pharmaceutical Companies to Healthcare Professionals and Healthcare Organisations’, agreed in July 2013, requires its members to disclose any direct payments or other forms of support. Following unanimous backing by individual pharmaceutical companies, the code was adopted by national bodies at the end of 2013 and is from 1st January active. Each company will on an annually basis release the report, the first report will be released Q2 2016
