Tom managed the entitlement and development efforts for new projects throughout California for Bridge Development Partners, LLC (www.bridgedev.com). BRIDGE is a privately owned firm focused on the development and acquisition of industrial and office real estate in the Chicago, South Florida, Los Angeles and Northern New Jersey regions. BRIDGE develops investment-grade buildings and business parks, and acquires existing Class A and Class B properties that provide opportunities to add value. BRIDGE has acquired and/or developed and sold nearly $4.2 billion of real estate since its inception. In California, BRIDGE has acquired or developed approximately 2.99 million square feet of industrial projects since opening the office in 2015.In 2012, the company formed a strategic joint venture with Dallas-based Akard Street Partners, L.P., an investment partnership operated by Banner Oak Capital Partners, LP.Tom was responsible for managing the due diligence, entitlement, development and construction of all of Bridge's California assets.

His primary focus was the closure and redevelopment of approximately 556 acres surrounding the former Rialto Municipal Airport into the Renaissance mixed-use community. Tom's responsibilities included re-entitling certain portions of the project, relocation of existing tenants to other facilities (both existing and newly constructed), infrastructure design and construction, land acquisition and disposition, and managing the day-to-day operations of the joint venture with Hillwood.At build-out, the Renaissance project will consist of approximately 1,262 homes, 112 acres of retail, and in excess of 7 million square feet of industrial development. During his tenure with Lewis, transactions were completed with Target, Medline Industries, and Niagara Water for new distribution facilities within Renaissance.
