• Provide our B2B customers, including key distributors and affiliates of Canon Latin American Group, with technical support and consultancy on Canon’s software platforms.
• Develop training material about the different Canon´s office equipment products and software solutions, either by designing new curricula or modifying the existing one after analyzing technical and audience needs.
• Facilitate on-site and web-based technical training on Canon’s software solutions for local affiliates and distributors as well as in all Latin American and english speaking Caribbean countries, communicating complex.
• Establish testing criteria and create strong practical and theoretical assessments to measure performance and knowledge of the training facilitated.
• Install and configure Microsoft’s servers operating systems and database servers (SQL) as base systems for Canon’s Document and Printer Management Solutions architecture requirement.

• Network Operation Center Engineer in charge of monitoring the Digital Television Network of C&W Panama all over the country.
• Technical support about the billing system used by the departments in charge of the installation and activation of set-top boxes of final client.
• Planned and coordinated technical personnel schedule for damage repairs to the external network of digital television on a daily basis.
• Offered technical support to final clients when escalated to our division.
• Monitored and maintained the head-end digital network (servers, Edge QAM’s, etc.)
• Conducted configurations and repair of damages for the loss of signal on satellite receivers.
