Automation specialist with expertise in both distributed and centralized controller networks.Since 2020, I have concentrated on automation within the food production industry, drawing on a wide-ranging knowledge of engineering disciplines. My primary focus has been FDA-compliant systems, particularly fluid transportation systems for acids, bases, and water, along with electrical systems and automation.I’ve designed specialized circuit boards to control lab-grade process facilities, favoring the STM32 microcontroller, programmed mainly in C/C++. Additionally, I have also been seen using the ESP32 microcontroller. Datalogging technology is mainly linux based and programmed with Python.For large-scale manufacturing facilities, I develop electrical diagrams, design and assemble control panels, and manage complete wiring and programming of control systems. I currently mainly work with Beckhoff Automation technology and their TwinCAT automation software.I bring a strong business-oriented perspective, having crafted financial plans for diverse companies, which have secured significant grant funding and private investments. I am also experienced in production bottleneck analysis, cost analysis, and optimization of production processes.Lastly, I am a hobbyist 3D graphical designer and animator, and have built render images and animation of my systems for visual and customer understandings.
