I am confident in my abilities and strengths, and confident that I will make an impact within every company. My strengths are my creativity, attention to detail, motivation, discipline, friendliness, experience in customer service, satisfaction, experience and loyalty, my drive and my (people) management & marketing skills. I know when it is time for a laugh and when it is time to be serious. I am strict on my deadlines, but know when to say when something is too much. I am not afraid to give compliments or feedback. For most of the companies I have worked at, I have always tried to do something extra, like organizing work party's, team building exercises, and after work activities. Job satisfaction is an important part of working for me, and I know how important it is for others as well. Not only do I like to do something extra for other employees, but most of the time I do more work than I got assigned to do. This includes things like thinking of ways to get more reviews, improving the customer experience, and how to grow as a company.
