CurrentCMO/CDO for Elite Hotels of Sweden - Sweden's leading premium hotel group. The group currently run 41 hotels, Sweden's leading spa - VANA (with five locations), gastro- pub chain The Bishop Arms, Miss Voon restaurants as well as a large number of independent restaurants. One can roughly divide my responsibilities as the CMO of Elite Hotels into four categories: • Brand• Marketing• Digital development (I am as much CDO as the CMO of Elite Hotels)• Conceptualization (of hotels)Brand and marketing are about full funnel marketing (including OTA’s, affiliation and third-party software). Digital development is about optimizing the customer journey including the website (www.elite.se) and the loyalty program (Elite Hotels Rewards). The conceptualization is to create new hotel products (i.e destination hotels like www.adastrabyelite.se and www.thewoodhotel.se) Achievements/results: Increased revenue between 2019 and 2022 with 55% or approximately 15M€ (YoY)Number of transactions increased from 156 183 (2019) to 222 642 (2022) or 42%The increase in revenue 2023 is 11,6% higher (on our website) than it was 2022.The price has increased 15% between 2019-2022.
