Having taught and presented to over 80,000 professionals in offices, conferences and off-sites, there is a common trait employees experience - busyness, over-thinking and sleep deprivation.Mr Meditate helps to create and maintain positive workplace cultures by fostering greater productivity, enhanced individual performance, and ultimately producing considerable growth in profit for business. Mr Meditate has facilitated to 100+ organisations and more than 1,300 sessions for NAB alone. A degree in Business (Human Resource Management), helped to understand the formalities involved in dealing with human capital, a company's most important resource.As an avid traveller, visiting 50 countries across 5 continents, I've had the privilege of working and living in Melbourne, London, Vancouver and San Francisco.I like to hurry slowly, am time rich and a favourite saying is "Patiently and persistently, you are bound to be successful."
