In my role, I was responsible for the strategic developement and management of international partners network and driving foreign markets growth. Among other things, I successfully organized the very first Livesport Summit 2020 bringing Livesport's country managers from all around the world to Prague for two-day event jam-packed with presentations and social events.

Founded SportBiz.cz as a project aimed at sports marketing professionals (sports executives and corporate sponsors).SportBiz.cz is a platform for sharing creative sports marketing ideas & tactics, and best practices in sports branding, marketing, and promotions both in the Czech republic and worldwide.

In my role, I was responsible for both strategy and creative leadership as well as overseeing the execution. I worked for big Czech sport brands on federation, league and team level (football, volleyball, basketball). I was an executive board member of Czech Floorball Union and also the chairman of the Marketing Committee. As such, I was responsible for both overall marketing strategy of Czech floorball and its implementation. Biggest achievements:- Expansion of marketing function at Superleague clubs through a unique development program (5 years of existence, measurable results)- Successful and award-winning rebranding of the Czech floorball federation - Rapid development of digital assets of Czech floorball (third biggest online community on sports federation level)

As a strategic planner I was responsible for structuring the communication problems in a way that they are easier to be solved.Day-to-day collaboration with the creative team on brainstorming creative deas, polishing creative concepts, and making sure the creative work is still on-message and on-target.I was also responsibile looking for new (online) trends, behaviours and needs that will allow the client’s message to break through the clutter and deeply connect with its audience. I worked on successful strategic projects for important agency accounts such as T-Mobile, Kraft, ČSOB, Česká pojišťovna, Komerční banka, Sazka, BMW, FINEP, etc.
