TN Circle Finance (Accounts Reconciliation)Analysis & reconciliation across multiple vendor accounts to review 5 years of invoice data, understand the underlying problems, follow-up with internal and external stakeholders and take corrective actions. Over a course of 4 months, Rupees Four Crore (1 Million USD) worth of accounts reconciliation was closed out, which had been pending for several years and was a cause of concern for senior management and audit teams. Revenue Assurance (Analytics)As part of the post-launch team, performed analytics with the Business Intelligence and SAP teams to identify areas of revenue leakage and improve billing efficiency.Comprehensive end to end analysis of over 22 products to understand stage-wise, network-wise and product-wise revenue streams and any areas of revenue loss.
