Taking the lead for creating Bestseller's new retail demand forecasting solution. A web application build from the ground up using technologies such as asp.net core, graphql and react. To aid our stakeholders the best possible way, the solution will be build to focus on their work processes and with the challenges fast fashion gives demand forecasting. Machine Learning will also be implemented to provide more accurate forecasting.Together with the brands, our goal is to enhance our retail business with minimizing opportunity cost and improve the customer experience in own stores and partner stores.

Joined a strong agile team working with Kanban where I took the role as Tech Lead. The team had multiple products within the planning area, helping the business with IT solutions regarding forecasts on NOOS styles, and budgets for retail stores.
