Since 2002 I have been dealing with project management, complex activities and changes. I help lead projects with less effort, achieve greater benefits, all in peace of mind. I present the key logical principles, the wisdom of our ancestors supported by the knowledge of neuroscience and behavioral psychology. I am preparing for international PMIⓇ certifications.I started my career in mechanical engineering as a metal worker. After university graduation I switched to production and assembly management. Later, I moved on to international development, where I designed production technologies for production plants in the USA and Mexico. Subsequently, I led an international team of developers and managed the development of new products. I arrived at consulting and lecturing in project management and project management certifications.The words "It does not work" - does not exist. I either don't want to or I can’t do it yet. This was the first and most valuable job advice I received. I soon noticed that the best solutions are simple - created with ingenuity and respect for people and the environment. When I solve tasks, I focus on their meaningfulness, I apply sense of situation and I stay on top of things, with respect to the natural laws of the environment. I find tips, tricks that separate a good worker from a master. I see opportunity as an obstacle and added value in cooperation.I have been a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI) since 2008, and I served on the control commission. I am Project Management Professional (PMP) certified. I have been a member of the International Project Management Association (IPMA) for 8yars. I co-created test kits for international IPMA certifications in the Czech Republic. I passed the PRINCE2 – Practitioner exam. I am a expert witness in the field of Engineering and Economics. I underwent extensive Design For Six Sigma (DFSS) training.In the free time I work on the program of expanding and improving the extensive orchard based on the principles of long-term sustainability - permaculture.
