I know the real estate market and can move in it, as well as in the prices of construction works. I have gone through the development business and I have contacts for general contractors, subcontractors, designers, specialists. Responsibility for construction investments of the selected projects within CTP's Brno region industrial&office portfolio.Coordination of construction projects from preparation phase, cost optimalization, negotiation with clients to handover process. Supervising of structural building elements:Ground shaping, foundations, concrete frame, cladding&roof, concrete floor, partitions&walls, HVAC, high&low voltage (FAS, CCTV, ACS), finishing works.Focused on construction schedule, staying within the budget.

Responsibility for operation and maintenance of CTPark Brno (industrial zone Černovická terasa). Leading of maintenance staff team.Total site area 904 584 m²Total built-up area 303 462 m²Twenty industrial buildings (logistics, manufactures, productions)Honeywell Office Campus (research and development)Solar energy project operation. Total built-up area 46 636 m² photovoltaic panels.Coordination of BREEAM in USE certification for Honeywell building.
