Leading the Business Solutions Team in the Central Europe region consisting of 5 countries with more than 2000 end-users. Managing the team of 15 IT professionals with 3 directly reporting line managers. Main accountabilities:• Definition and deployment of Business Solutions CE strategy in alignment with overall long-term business strategy• Governance of the business application portfolio in CE including SAP systems, BI solutions, Go-to-market Applications, Warehouse Management System, EDI and legacy applications in an integrated environment• Relationships and trade-offs with senior executives, Liaising & partnering with IT leads on common agenda• Managing Sustain services according to SLAs with internal customers• Managing deployment of Changes and System enhancements• Ultimate accountability for the delivery of Projects impacting CE Application portfolio• Application development• Definition of regional implementation roadmaps• Resource planning , performance management, talent development• Ensuring compliance with company standards & policies• AOP & Budget responsibility (planning, forecasting, execution, control)• Vendor Management
