We invented and developed a groundbreaking drilling system PLASMABIT, a cost effective deep drilling system and rock disintegration method for accessing vast sources of energy. Thanks to PLASMABIT, application areas in oil&gas and geothermal industries gain new impulse extending them to areas not feasible today.Currently my primary professional interest is to successfully manage development of PLASMABIT technology a to succesfully bring it to the product phase. Major part of my work is the technology cooperation and management of PLASMABIT Joint industry projects with our industry partners from oil&gas and mining industries.Tomáš has over 20 years experience in the development and management of research and development projects. He was a founder of GA Drilling a co-founder of Ardaco – embedded solution oriented company. This broad range of experience has provided Tomáš with good hands-on research and development management, knowledge and skills in the area of process automation and embedded system preserving robustness, reliability in harsh environments. In this position he supervised all research and development activities and under his management, company succeeds to developed international visibility in the area of embedded systems. Tomáš was also responsible for planning, defining, promoting, submitting project proposals and reports to the European Commission, developing the project consortia consisting of the leading industrial partners and research bodies. Tomáš has a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Slovak Technical University. He speaks, reads and writes English, speaks and reads German and can read Russian.Specialties: Technology research and development, Management, Embedded system R&D project planning and management from design, integration, performance verification and production testing.
