As head of the design department I played a key role in designing and developing footwear collections for international markets, driving brand growth and market expansion. Together with the Managing Director we set the seasonal directions for the different brands. As coördinator of the design department I make sure all the team members are aligned, involved and keep them on deadlines. I've guided the proces from sketch to sample together with my team. As a coordinator i was responsible for the female ranges of the brands G-STAR RAW, BJORN BORG ,SUPERTRASH and GAASTRA on a concept, design and execution level.BRANDS-360 is a subsidiary of UFG.

Het adviseren van klanten over de schoencollecties en pasvormen van de schoen. Adviserende rol betreft schoenverzorging, het opfrissen en poetsen van de schoenen ten behoeve van de klantenservice. Dagelijkse bezigheden zijn o.a. verzorging van de winkel, indeling, blokplannen en merchandise kloppend maken. De winkel aanvullen, goederen verwerken en het uitvoeren van controles. Als assistent Manager ben ik de rechter hand van de shopmanager. Ik stuur een team aan samen met manager. Daarnaast open en sluit ik de winkel en doe ik de administratieve kant van het draaiende houden van de winkel. Dagelijkse taken zijn; roosters maken, kas opmaken, administratie, taken uitdelen en controleren, nieuw personeel werven en het selecteren van de juiste verkoopkanalen en deze aan te spreken of te verbeteren waar nodig.

Verantwoordelijk voor customer service, adviseren betreft pasvorm en schoen onderhoud. Daarnaast het verzorgen van de uitstraling van de winkel en het uitvoeren en bijhouden van servicebeurten van de schoenen.
