- Responsibility for sales and margin of entrusted product portfolio- Searching for new products and suppliers- Negotiations with suppliers for the whole ELIT Group (CZ/SK/PL/RO/HU/UA)- Czech market pricing policy- Product marketing - preparation and implementation of sales promotions, sales and technical communication of products- Technical and business support for the sales team, including training- Supporting of development of other markets Elite group Group - Slovakia, Poland, Romania, Hungary, Ukraine- Visiting customers and direct support to the sales team in the market- Copywriting of articles for the corporate magazine

- Formulation, planning, implementation and evaluation of marketing activities for the professional segment of customers- Coordination of subsidiary activities with the management at holding company (in Germany) and with the region leader subsidiary in Austria- Daily communication with marketing and product managers in Austria (in German or English)- Managing and development of e-commerce and mobile applications for Android & iOS- Other activities: marketing analysis, market research, competitor´s monitoring, creation of a marketing plan and product mix, reporting to management, preparation of price lists, sales events and promotional materials, PR activities, analysis of sales data, cooperation with purchasing department in Austria, responsibility for the internal magazine, website and social media, translations of technical texts from german or english
