Current- As a Consultant, I help create a company strategy for growth, followed by marketing and sales strategies and tactical plans on how to market and sell more products in existing and new international markets. Typical frameworks I use are SWOT, TOWS, Business Model Canvas, GAP analysis, McKinsey 7S, BCG, Unique Selling Proposition, and Blue Ocean.- Cooperation can be set on a mid or long-term basis or as a short-term quick-fix project for one particular problem. The typical client is a small and medium-sized company in IT, telco, or professional services.- As an Interim Marketing and Sales Manager, I help to start and run critical programs and initiatives covering all 5Ps - Product, Promotion, Place, Price, and People. Typically I manage brand and tactical B2B or B2C marketing campaigns, acquisition, and development strategies - inbound and outbound, funnel strategy, and sales channels strategy. - My specialty combines online and classical offline channels into one well-running commercial unit. From my experience serving as the Chief Marketing Officer and Sales Director, I know what it takes to bring enough cash "in the house." I believe digital with a smart mixture of traditional channels can make miracles for any business.
