Hi I am Tomás! Three years ago I graduated from Politecnico of Milan with a Master's degree in building engineering and architecture. Since 2020, I am officially accredited as an engineer, and I am extremely motivated and willing to gain experience.I have worked in some studies in Milan with multi-disciplinary teams of engineers and architects. At the same time I have worked on my own in small projects for privates. What do I know? I know the principles of structures, architecture planning, energy efficiency and building processes, I know some of the principal softwares for technical drawing, BIM modeling and structural computing. Teamwork has taught me the importance of sharing information and knowledge with the team and the relevance of the role of every single individual in complex processes. Handling the workload alone, on the other hand, has allowed me to learn how to solve issues autonomously and how to manage time efficiently. But there's a thing that is worth more than everything else: I have learnt how to learn. I have come to realise that anything can be learnt, regardless of personal and academic background, age, previous knowledge. Anything can be learnt, by observing, studying, asking those who know more, being curious, always immersing oneself in new and stimulating realities.Therefore, what I am looking for at the moment is precisely a new and stimulating reality, where I can share my knowledge and what I have learnt over the years, but above all where I can start to learn again, from the context, from the people, from the experiences.
