As an analyst in operations department i am responsible for process analysis and submission of optimization suggestions. I am also owner of few systems, including document management system and securities accounting system. As a system owner i am responsible for collecting business requirements, technical specifications preparation, systems related incidents handling and users consulting.

As an Acting Operational Risk manager in Operations department i was responsible for identification and management of operational risk, Incidents handling and reporting to respective parties, incidents analysis and identification of areas of concerns, development of internal partnerships amd other operational risk related tasks.

My goal and objective was to ensure that changes were recorded and then evaluated, authorized, prioritized, planned, tested, implemented, documented and reviewed in a controlled manner. My main duties and responsibilities were: consulting IT changes related questions, convene and chair meetings, liaise with all necessary parties to coordinate change building, testing and implementation accordance with schedules, preparing reports.

My main responsibilities were: consulting bank employees IT related questions, handling incidents and IT request tickets, small incidents solving, instructions preparation.
