Trained for over 10 weeks with several case studies and projects, including: -Juno: Group Client Project.Juno is a perk company focused on delivering a 360° experience around wellness.We developed their concept design as well as creating the onboarding, selection and checkout process for all employee perks. Using a double diamond procedure over the course of 2 weeks, our group produced a high fidelity prototype. Individually, focused on interviewing users, developing wireframes and presentation.-Deezer: Group Concept project.Group project consisting on designing two new features for the site, in order to add the possibility of recording, uploading and discovering new music. After conducting 12 user interviews, we decided to modify the app by adding new community functionalities in order to connect content creators with their target audience.-Bag it up: Solo Concept Project.Concept design, working on a new e-commerce site for a small grocery shop in central London. The site would be developed around a specific persona and would focus on meeting their specific needs and goals, such as coming up with an efficient way of sorting their products, or understanding the brand values.-Shopper: Solo Concept project.This project revolved around solving the specific needs of a single user. After interviewing and filtering out my users pain points through experience mapping their journey and testing possible solutions through several iterations, I developed a web plug in to help her get more information for her street shopping experience, then developed a brand around our product that led to a hi-fi prototype.
