This line of work entails many tasks on a day to day basis:- As a member of the Fresh department, i am required to work alongside a time scale, due to keeping the product chilled and out of a chilled environment for the smallest amount of time possible when stocking the shop floor.-My Job also entails teamwork between departments, such as Warehouse. This role within the supermarket entails digital stock taking, stock reductions/wastage through handheld android operating systems, as well as coordinating the supermarket's food stocks from the distributor and authorizing the deliveries.- My job was centered around customer service, this part of my role at Morrisons has developed me into a confident, talkative person. I like to now think of myself as rather approachable because of this.- Teamwork is necessary within my workplace, ensuring the workload is split evenly and planned accordingly, to ensure the task at hand is done to the best of our abilities, and within the time set.Since 2013, Morrisons has molded me to become the hardworking, punctual person i am today. During my time working here, skills such as teamwork and also leading a team have developed into something i am proud of, as i feel confident in my skill and experience from my time working here, to then lead or inspire other members of staff into working and thinking more efficient.
