Built a dynamic, award-winning, HR department that scaled organizational capabilities and tripled TWC revenue to $21B+. Directed enterprise-wide transformation and change, developing HR strategies and programs to support TWC’s evolution from a locally driven, decentralized structure to a unified corporate enterprise spanning 50K+ employees across 29 states, the UK, and India. Held accountability for a $120M+ budget, $500M benefits spend, and $2.5B compensation spend.SELECT CONTRIBUTIONS:➡Worked alongside commercial business leaders to launch 2 companies, including a $2B+ commercial services business targeting small to midsize businesses and a phone business that grew to become the #6 phone company in the US.➡Guided the HR team in navigating 10+ lucrative acquisitions with flawless precision, including pulling Adelphia out of bankruptcy (a 3-way transaction between TWC, Adelphia, and Comcast with 16K employees in play).➡Captured $20M+ in savings annually between 2012 and 2016 by redesigning benefits plans, changing and rebidding vendors, and driving performance improvement initiatives that produced substantial operational efficiencies.➡Drove HR efforts to support TWC’s shift to a publicly traded company and Time Warner spin-off. Built HR capabilities to replace those lost in the transition; designed complex compensation plans preserving leadership incentives.➡Developed and executed the diversity and inclusion function; led TWC from having zero diversity at the top to listing in DiversityInc’s Top 50 for 4 straight years. Achieved a perfect score in the 2012 Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s Corporate Equality Index.Gained early career experience in leading global HR entities in progressive positions with International Data Group (holding the role of Vice President of Human Resources/Chief Human Resources Officer) and additionally in HR leadership roles with Data General and Shearson Lehman Brothers.
