As member of international student organization IAESTE I gathered experiences in different fields. My hobby was moved a step further, when I got paid contracts for short video clips production.

7 weeks of internship at University of Macau in China trough IAESTE. I was working on extension for MediaWiki system called TransWiki. It was mainly for internal use at university to support learning of English for students (since they have been using MediaWiki system for some study subjects). I was not developing the solutions from ground up, I was implementing new features, optimizing the code and fixing errors. Part-time work in web development team. My work was usually to deploy provided graphical design to company's own CMS system. It consisted of using HTML, CSS, jQuery and PHP/smarty. On complicated solutions I was cooperating with other programmers. Oh, I remember those cross-browser optimizations in Internet Explorer 6 times, hahah. But I also had opportunity to work with HTML 5 here already :). It's hard to summarize all the different work I was doing there, but it was really great experience - especially since I was quite young and I was already able to work in IT on real projects cooperating with other team members or even consulting with customers!
