As a professional in charge of training in the "(Anfitriones Para la Paz)Hosts for Peace" program, I imparted knowledge and skills in table service and customer service to 35 trainees. I planned and executed academic activities using the program's curriculum, designing teaching materials and training methodologies. I provided support to improve student performance and monitored and evaluated the training process. Additionally, I generated an improvement plan and collaborated to resolve incidents, ensuring optimal conditions for the development of classes. I fulfilled the consultancy requirements, contributing my experience in gastronomy and tourism and my ability to build cooperative relationships and assertive communication with the team and trainees.
