My main goal in this position is to unify and connect the operation of the individual services that CBRE provides in the retail sector such as Letting, Property Management, Research, Valuation, Building consultancy and Investment properties into a first-class integrated service.

Overall responsibility for value add service offering tied to asset services provided in Czech Republic. Generally combines exposure to property management, client care, asset management, retail leasing, marketing, development and leadership enabling CBRE to offer a value add service to landlords of shopping centres. Currently I am responsible for managing of 22 assets in Czech Republic - 10 shopping centres and 12 retail parks in total GLA exceeding 500.000 m2. I am also responsible for streamlining operations, reduced costs, increased cash flow and strategically positioned assets throughout the diverse and challenging markets in Czech Republic. Every asset is unique – with distinct tenants, customized technology and specific needs. Each and every day, I leverage global best practices and real-time data to maximize building operational performance . As a Property manager I am responsible for smooth operation of the schopping centres and retail parks and aslo for projects connected to that assets - among last projects that I have been responsible are - opening of Outlet Arena Moravia, refurbishment of Olympia Plzen and Vivo Hostivař and many others.

I am responsible for day-to-day management and handling directly the Shopping Centre with the support from the site staff. I have also responsibility for the tangible asset, which the Shopping Centre represents, and focuse on managing proactively the relation with Tenants and the physical property – overseeing the day-to-day operations of site personnel or work outsourced (cleaning, security, etc.) – and the financial management of the Shopping Centre. In my position I am directly responsible for maintaining and creating value in my shopping centre.
