This was my second internship with Lockheed Martin. After getting to know the team and learning so much my second internship was set up to be even more transformative than the first. Again I was working with Lockheed Martin Space's Visual Communications team. Some of the things I created and learned I have listed below: -I had a hand in creating storyboards for animated informational videos as well as live action. -I learned how to create and animate in Cinema 4D expanding my 2D design experience to a whole other dimension.-Self directed and created a 5 minute animated video for digital transformation initiatives-Worked on a lot of character design and concept design

Bozeman, Mt

I worked on designs and assisted in re-branding the Allen Yarnell student center of success. This included logo design, poster design, animation and video. I assisted in a messaging shift to better reach students at Montana State University by implementing motion graphics onto our social media and screens on campus. I was also fortunate enough to experiment with other forms of media, like the development of a success podcast to try and better reach students online. I worked with a team of student designers and professionals to create designs that are effective, on brand and attention getting.

I am creating page layouts as well as infographic Illustration for the MSU exponent. Working with writers and editors of the paper to create an on brand, visually interesting way to present information to the student body.

I was working with Lockheed Martin Space as a visual communications intern. I worked with a professional team of over 30 local and remote to create forward thinking and exciting visuals. Working alongside animators, designers, photographers and cinematographers I had the unique opportunity to dip my toes into each. -I learned valuable motion graphic design skills creating a segment of a animated video in After Effects.-I created 8 unique logos for internal clients of Lockheed Martin Space.-I made many info graphics and other educational pieces of design.-I worked as a cameraman, switch operator and crew member of a live film team.This was a truly incredible experience and I worked with some of the best industry professionals I could have hope for, I learned so much as a designer and expanded my horizons here.

Managed and mentored 4 classrooms of up to 25 students at Whittier Elementary in the areas of art, art history, and design• Developed efficient presentation and communication skills through presenting for grades k-4• Collaborate with two other interns to schedule classroom art presentations, organize workshops with teachers, and research art history and applicable design projects to present on Alongside working with students I was also tasked with creating a brand identity for the program. This included a logo, posters and ideation for future advertising.

Colorado, Boulder

I worked with a small design and communications team to help create content for the web and print. Much of the work I did for Headsweats was product photography and editing. I shot over 500 photos of product as well as lifestyle shots with models. I had the opportunity to also create a hat design from scratch and have it go to market. From concept to final product. I learned valuable photo, Photoshop and illustrator skills.
