About Tomas Muller

I am a scheduling research professional at Purdue University and a founding partner at UniTime, s.r.o.. My research interests include optimization, constraint programming, and constraint-based timetabling and scheduling. I am the principal developer of the university timetabling system UniTime. I am also the author of the constraint solver that is used for course timetabling, examination timetabling and student scheduling in UniTime.I am also co-organizing the International Timetabling Competition 2019 which is aimed to motivate further research on complex university course timetabling problems coming from practice.
