I am a qualified business and information professional with over twenty years experience across different sectors. This experience has been key to successfully launch and establish the Purple House Clinic franchise in Glasgow, the first in the Purple House network, where I lead the operational side of the business. This includes governance, procurement, management and coordination of resources and other key operational areas. As Operations Director, I work closely with the Clinical Director on business planning and direction and the clinic’s Administrative and Clinical teams to put efficient workflows in place so we can run a smooth operation.
