- Implemented and deployed scalable Thingsboard instances, managing over 10 clients, their devices, and dashboards, optimizing data flow and production processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.- Developed and integrated a Python and Flask API for real-time production metrics, including machine on/off times, availability, speed, goal fulfillment percentage, OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), and data correction, significantly improving production control and data accuracy.- Designed and built the "Efficast Card" widget, enabling machine-specific calculations and delivering optimized data visualization on client facility monitors to streamline operational insights.- Managed and optimized PostgreSQL database environments, including automating backups with bash scripts and Cron jobs, to ensure data integrity, high availability, and robust disaster recovery for production systems.- Deployed and managed dedicated Thingsboard instances for in-depth device and calculation testing, enhancing the performance and reliability of the cloud-based infrastructure.- Device testing and bug resolution efforts, working closely with development teams to ensure system stability, performance, and quality in a continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) environment.
