Business Manager
CurrentAs Business Manager I coordinate the activities of, and provide appropriate resources into, the ‘project business teams’ who operate alongside the project technical teams to support the Projects and each Programme Director and the Sector Head, to manage the programmes, contracts and projects (>600 M€) and achieve the business plan objectives The role ensures that all projects have adequate controls in place in terms of resourced plans and schedules, work breakdown structures, work package descriptions and cost collection systems and monitoring and collating the internal and external reports of project performance against these topics.I have to manage the compilation and approval of project Cost Brochures during the bidding phase for potential contracts working togheter with Sale & Business Development department (total BIDs value managed over 5 Billions €) For all the Projects in place I have to manage the project cost monitoring activities , reporting and forecasting cost-at-completions outcomes, and supporting the Finance Directorate for establishing and maintaining the Contract Profitability Statement.Across the Directorate Projects\Programs I'm responsible for the development and implementation of the strategic Business Plans (strategic scenario definition, cost base definition & approval, production plan sustainability, Economic modeling, Sales, Cash & Margin analysis, interpret outputs and provide recommendations & relevant reporting)
