Inaugural cohort of the On Deck Climate Tech Fellowship #ODCT1The Climate Tech Fellowship program for startup founders, climate experts and investors looking to found, join, invest in, and advise climate tech companies. It is a space for fellows with deep subject matter expertise to exchange ideas, accelerate each other's projects, and build impactful climate tech startups.

Cloud-based firewall for IoT (acquired by Sophos)- Wrote requirements and 6-month roadmap for special product version for first telecommunications client- Designed (from wire frames to product requirements document) new product offering for cloud storage companies. Created marketing materials (sales deck and partnership pitch) for sales and business development teams- Reviewed partnership contract with large Latam telco and identified opportunity to gain leverage on product specs prioritization, gaining significant time and focus for product team

Advised on domestic and international public debt offerings for an aggregate amount of $1.4B:- Collaborated with Credit Suisse in combined cycle plant debt restructuring and recommissioning (worth $30M)- Drafted loan and collaterals for Argentina’s first two wind farms ($100M and $200M, respectively)- Advised Argentine Government in $700M offer of debt securities for infrastructure constructionFrom 2008 to 2010 paralegal focused on market and case law research – Hired as part of Top Student Talent Program:- Conducted foreign law and market research for: (i) Argentina’s largest corporate conflict (Telecom Italia vs. Grupo W) and, (ii) Aerolineas Argentinas nationalization.
