• Responsible for elaborating and implementing the annual budget of industrial total labor costs for PSA Peugeot Citroen Argentina, adjusting the annual budget on a 1 and 3-year basis for investments and labor costs retrospectively (2008 budget: € 50 million and 3,400 employees). • Developed industrial strategies for the different production scenarios and was actively involved in the decision making, (elaborated 5-year business plan for future investment and labor requirements, providing a 50 % production capacity increase).• Provided consulting services and worked side by side with Operation Managers to achieve work labor cost reduction by promoting process improvements and synergies within and between departments. (Obtained 8 % budget reduction by focusing on business as a whole, lean process).• Conducted the incorporation/layoff of new workers and technicians by calculating needs, negotiating with operation Managers and Unions, and coordinating with HR (1100 new employees incorporated when launched the 3rd shift, obtained a 10% reduction over budget).• Reported monthly labor cost deviations to the Board of Directors meeting.
