After another reorganization, I took the role as Subject Matter Expert in the configurator and area. Supporting in processes and getting things done for the configurator product.In April 2024, I was appointed to the pricing and billing team as business analyst. I am responsible for supporting the creation of business requirements and user stories, providing fact-based analysis of the business/digital environment. I work closely with the SMEs, tech lead and the development team.In addition to that, I have a role as initiative lead, where I drive the analysis and implementation and roll-out of cross-team company digital initiatives to accelerate sales.

Polestar as a company was in a startup phase, where the digital platform and digital department was shaped while the project was running. I led the team and was responsible for the daily execution and planning of deliverables.
