Supporting in processes and getting things done for the configurator product.In April 2024, I was appointed to the pricing and billing team as business analyst. I am responsible for supporting the creation of business requirements and user stories, providing fact-based analysis of the business/digital environment. I work closely with the SMEs, tech lead and the development team.In addition to that, I have a role as initiative lead, where I drive the analysis and implementation and roll-out of cross-team company digital initiatives to accelerate sales.

New employer, but continued the assignment in the Polestar Configurator team. Team grew and in the end there were 13 developers. Supported the team in problem-solving, balancing priorities and clarifying trade-offs. Mentored and coached the team members in agile practices and ways of working, partially by being hands-on and engaged in the development of the digital product. Acted as the team's point of contact to other teams in the Commerce sub-department.Responding to Polestar reorganization, I took on a business analyst role, enabled by my subject matter expertise. Handled short term and medium-long term activities around the configurator. Aligned requirements on upcoming company initiatives, and coordinated roll-out together with initiative leads, markets and other stakeholders.I took on an agile coach role where I, inspired by thought leaders within the company and Gene Kim's books "The Phoenix Project," and "The Unicorn Project", took on the task to advocate for Lean and DevOps practices, continuous improvement, innovation, and measure the performance of software development through DORA metrics.

Polestar as a company was in a startup phase, where the digital platform and digital department was shaped while the project was running. I led the team and was responsible for the daily execution and planning of deliverables.
