You are also responsible for handling any issues or emergencies that may arise during your shift, such as guest complaints or maintenance issues, and ensuring that they are resolved promptly and effectively.Additionally, as a Shift Manager, is involved in various administrative tasks, such as inventory management, cash handling, and record-keeping. You must possess excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively coordinate with staff members, guests, and management to ensure a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all guests staying at the hostel.
