My responsibility as CEO was to develop the company according to the share holders intentions, to expand the business and increase profitability.During my time as CEO i restructured and changed the company by recruiting external board members, exchanged accounting firm, exchanged bank and reorganised the company. I recruited a new head of sales.The company was founded in 2002 and our clients include many of Sweden’s biggest organisations.

We handle Business development projects from start to finish where both technical and organisational aspects are key.Heimore has a senior profile for it’s consultants. My position was as COO, member of the board and Head of Key Position Consulting. All the consultants reported to me. I was also responsible for several accounts and coordinating sales.

In early 2006, I wanted to take on the challenge to leave the comfort and safety in Stockholm, and went travelling around the world. Mainly for the reason to get a new perspective, new inspiration and to develop myself. I’ve had a fantastic time with wonderful experiences and adventures. I did for example make it up to Mt Everest Base Camp, taught English in a village in Laos, raced 1,150 Nm on a 51 foot sailing yacht from New Zealand to Vanuatu with an international crew. And all the incredible people from different cultures I’ve met.

During my time at Modul 1, I was asked and took the challenge to be the Regional Manager in Malmö. This was in the standstill days of the IT business, and the south region lost money and clients. I managed to motivate the employees, re-negotiate contracts and made sales to obtain new contracts. I was a member of the board of directors group and reported to the CEO. I turned the business around and made it profitable again.

I was recruited as the deputy manager of the Business Unit Telephony, to establish the business unit. We successfully started up the unit, recruited staff, organised and made profit. I was responsible for the products, customer accounts and the relationship with our US partner, Lucent Technologies.Also responsible for implementation projects regarding corporate phone solutions (PBX)

As a Sailing Camp Manager I was managing several sailing camps for kids between 9 to 16 years old during the summer holidays. A typical camp is 10 days long with 20 to 25 instructors and around 80 to 100 kids.The purpose of the camp is to train the kids in seamanship skills, nautical navigation skills and sailing. The kids are organised in groups depending on their experience, from beginners to competitive sailors.I managed to gain both the kids and the instructors faith and always returned the kids to their parents happier and with new knowledge than before the camp.
